Settings → Notifications controls the Daily Log reminder. Turn it on and pick a time: if that day's Daily Log is still empty when the time comes, you get a short email with a link to write it. The time follows the time zone in Settings → Profile.

Use Send me a test email on the same page to check it arrives. Turning the switch off stops the emails at once.
