A day counts as practiced when at least one finished sit falls on it, in the time zone set in Settings → Profile; a draft from Quick Log doesn't count until it's filed as a sit. The Dashboard's squares show the last 14 days, brighter with more minutes; Insights → Habits & progress shows the last year.

The streak is consecutive practiced days up to today. A day you sat but forgot to log can be added afterwards with Manual practice entry (any date), and the streak updates.

Solvance never shames a gap: a missed day simply starts the count again, and the heatmap keeps every day you did sit.
